GROUP CONDITIONS

Book Three or more villas and you get a discount

Payment requirements - 1/2 deposit for all villas booked
and the balance due 4 months in advance of your arrival

Group Booking Cancellation Policy
Bookings must be cancelled in writing and are subject to the following cancellation fees:
(a) Between 90 to 60 days prior to expected arrival date: 30% of booking
(b) between 60 and 30 days of expected arrival date: 50% of booking
(c) within 30 days of expected arrival, or no show: full payment, less any nights resold

We recommend the purchase of travel cancellation insurance if you are concerned about cancellation
fees

To make bookings easier and to ensure no mistakes,
we would like to handle the bookings with one person
instead of everyone emailing. We found in the past
that it is easier to deal with one person. 

However with relatives spread far and wide it can be
easier for everyone to email us themselves which is fine.
