Unsere Beachfront-Villa lag wirklich direkt am Strand. Von der Terrasse der Villa mit unserem eigenen Pool hatten wir einen unvergesslichen, traumhaft schoenen Blick auf die vorgelagerten Inseln (Motus) in der Muri Lagune.

Der Manager und die Angestellten der Villas kuemmerten sich immer hilfsbereit und freundlich um all unsere Wuensche und Fragen - egal ob gross oder klein. Wir wohnten nicht nur eine Woche "in unserem Paradies", sondern hatten auch eine dazu passende "paradiesische Anlage" mit unglaublich freundlichem Personal gebucht.

Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen ... auf die Cook Inseln ... in die Sokala Villas ... und hoffentlich bald.

Dank an Lawrance, Sarina, Susan und alle anderen von den Sokala Villas fuer diesen wundervollen Aufenthalt so weit weg von zuhause.

After a flight around half the world we arrived in "our paradise" - the Cook Islands. For us there could be no better place to stay than the Sokala Villas. Our beautiful beachfront-villa was directly located on the beach. From the deck with our own pool we enjoyed an absolute beautiful and spectacular view to the small islands (motus) in the Muri Lagoon.

The Manager and his staff as well always took care about all our inquiries in such a friendly and helpful manner - it did not matter if our inquiries were small or big. We stayed for one week "in our truly paradise in a paradise-style accomodation" with such a friendly manager and staff.

We will come back ... to the Cook Islands ... stay at the Sokala Villas ... hopefully in the near future.

Thank you Lawrance, Sarina, Susan and all the other friendly people from Sokala Villas for that great experience and "a dream of a stay" so far from home.

The setting, the view, the private pool, and our own private deck to kick back, look at the view, sip Champagne, wonder how the other half lives, and just be lazy. In the end what really makes a vacation special is the people you meet and interact with. Lawance, Sarina and the rest of the staff were absolutely the best. We want to personally thank you right now. We are already thinking about when can we return.

I would like to say a massive thankyou for making our stay at Sokala Villas just perfect. Katie and I were lucky enough to spend 7 nights of our honeymoon in one of your villas and we honestly couldn´t have picked a better spot on the island to stay.

Our own private pool just topped things off. After looking around the whole of Raratonga a few times there is no spot we would have prefered to stay. The villas and their setting are both amazingly beautiful and romantic. Katie and I would love to come back and spend more time there in the future. I think we found the meaning of paradise!

Coral and shells to look at, brightly-coloured fish to chase, roosters to crow at, Brucie the cat to pat, and if you're lucky, a friendly local rugby game 200 metres down the beach.

Highlights of staying at Sokala Villas? The friendliest and most helpful people who made us feel at home; the peace and privacy the romantic soft, starlit nights; warm white sands and gentle seas; great restaurants within easy walking distance; the MAGNIFICENT tree-trunk and sail-cloth Robinson Crusoe decor, the four-poster driftwood bed. ABSOLUTELY recommended.
