Welcome to our wedding policy statement :

- When making a booking we will require 50% deposit to secure the
reservation

- Balance of package is payable 1 month prior to the wedding date

Cancellation

More than 45 days prior to expected arrival date: no fee

Between 45 - 15 days prior to wedding date - 30% of total amount
will be charged

Within 14 days of wedding date or No Show: Full payment

Please Note:

- Kindly note that we will not organise weddings on the following days :
Sundays, Christmas and New Year's Day, Easter Friday & Easter Monday

- Weddings held on a Cook Islands public holiday will incur a surcharge.

- Sokala Villas will only organise weddings for guests
that are staying for at least 3 days at Sokala Villas.

- All weddings will be held on Sokala Villa's property only.

Photos are taken digitally. For 6 people and over the photo package will
automatically be an 80 photos package. The extra cost will incur
